Full Description
I prefer to use Snowflake Obsidian rather than Black Obsidian because while its energy is similar, it is lighter and softer than the solid black version (which, in my opinion, can be very harsh). Like most black stones, it is grounding and protective and can be especially good for anyone experiencing shock, trauma or grief. Snowflake Obsidian aids us in releasing those beliefs and habits that no longer serve us or are hindering or limiting our full potential. It has a strong and solid vibration that encourages us to take charge of our lives. Snowflake Obsidian is a stone of critical thinking and seeing things as they are not how we’d like them to be. But it also allows us to see the silver lining in situations so that we can work through whatever situation we might find ourselves in. Working with this stone in meditation or journey work assists us in communicating with loved ones who have crossed, and will, with steady use, reveal the true love and beauty that is this universe.
Note: Remember, stones and crystals are a product of nature. Inclusions, small nicks and matter within the stone are all normal and do not affect the stone's vibration.
