This soothing grid is for individuals dealing with grief, shock or trauma. This past year has been especially difficult for so many, and we struggle to make sense of it and to start to move past it. This grid is extremely helpful for all types of grief, shock or trauma and assists in soothing our emotions as well as helping us to move forward.

Snowflake Obsidian is grounding and protective and can be especially good for anyone experiencing shock, trauma or grief. This calming and soothing stone works to balance the mind, body and spirit. Known as the stone of purity, it can aid in clearing negative energy from your entire being.
Smoky Quartz is a premiere grounding stone that can absorb significant amounts of negative energy, including sadness and grief. It relieves stress and anxiety and brings emotional calmness. Smoky Quartz also acts as a barrier to shock and can be extremely beneficial in traumatic situations.
