Shipping Policies

Covid-19 update: Due to worldwide freight delays, we are not currently shipping overseas. Shipping is currently available to the United States and Canada only. We may revisit our shipping to more countries when shipping conditions improve and we can expect faster delivery of your order.

United States

We typically ship by US Post Office First Class, Priority, and Express Mail. On some items, we may use UPS or FedEx if we can get a better price.

Upon check-out, the cart will obtain the estimated postage for your order directly from the USPS computer. We charge you what the USPS calculates as the shipping cost of your order depending on the class of service you select.

All items must be paid for in full at time of purchase.


  • We accept all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.


  • We also accept payments through PayPal. You do not need to have an account to use PayPal.  If you choose PayPal e-check, your item(s) will not ship until the e-check clears.


All orders generally ship within three (3) to five (5) business days, unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Holidays may delay this timeframe.


All packages are insured for the shipping & item value. 


Texas residents will automatically be charged sales tax of 8.25% at check-out.

We will notify you when the item ships and provide you with a tracking number.  Please note that once items leave the U.S., we are no longer able to track the package.




Please note: All shipments to Canada - the customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser; we are not responsible for any additional charges occurred upon receipt.  We reserve the right to contact you if any other additional international shipping charges are necessary. NOTE: Once an international order has left the USA we are no longer able to track the package and are not responsible for any lost packages.


In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to cancel any order. If we cancel your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.


We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages if you entered your address incorrectly or leave off necessary information such as your apartment number. If the mail carrier returns a package to us because of an improper address, you will have to pay the shipping charge again to receive your items.
